Ja, de prestaties zijn ook geen topklasse, maar dat kan je ook niet verwachten voor deze prijs. Positieve punten zijn het scherm, de hoofdcamera, de batterij en de luxe-uitstraling van het ontwerp. Iets negatiever zijn het frame dat goedkoop aanvoelt en de software die toch wat optimalisatie mist. Maar ik vind dat de positieve punten zeker opwegen tegen de negatieve. En zoek je dus naar een telefoon rond dit prijspunt, dan raad ik je deze Redmi Note 10 Pro zeker en vast aan.

I’m having a hard time thinking of any serious drawbacks to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, unless you have an aversion to the company’s cartoony MIUI Android skin. Yes, we don’t have a UK price yet, but assuming it’s under £300 – as it should be given the US RRP is $279 – then it’s a fantastic pick with decent performance, an incredible screen and superb photographic abilities. The only fly in the ointment is the fact that Xiaomi’s Poco X3 NFC sells for at least £100 cheaper, and it has exactly the same processor and RAM. I think, however, that there’s enough here to justify the extra expenditure thanks to its wonderful camera and silky smooth 120Hz AMOLED screen. If you’re concerned about the lack of 5G, you may fancy the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus for around the same price, and it does offer slightly better in gaming performance to boot – albeit with a cheaper feeling build, and “just” a 90Hz screen. If 5G isn’t a necessity, however, then the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is definitely the phone for you.

Overall, the Redmi Note 10 Pro is a strong offering and a compelling choice for an upper-budget smartphone.

As we said above, if you value sheer performance above all else (and are on this budget), go for the Poco X3 Pro. If you value the screen quality and camera image quality more, then the Redmi Note 10 Pro is the one for you. Few phones at any price point have ever offered so much value for money. Xiaomi has always been known for this, and the Redmi Note 10 Pro, just proves that the company continues to be the king of value.

It almost seems too good to be true; a £219 smartphone with a 120Hz screen, a 108MP camera and a luxurious design. There literally isn't another smartphone that can offer the same specs for less than £300 (possibly even £400). The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro really is the greatest budget smartphone of all time.
