Qualcomm Adreno 640:
Grafische chip voor smartphones en tablets geïntegreerd in de Qualcomm Snapdragon 855-SoC. Qualcomm claimt dat de chip 20% sneller is dan de Adreno 630 in de Snapdragon 845-SoC en over 50% meer compute-units (ALU's) beschikt.
De meeste niet-veeleisende huidige games kunnen vloeiend draaien. Wees voorbereid op verminderde grafische weergave door lage detailinstellingen en lage resoluties. Toch verschaffen deze kaarten voldoende prestatie voor kantoor taken en video bekijken (niet voor HD videos).

SD 855:
High-end SoC voor smartphones die gelanceerd werd op het einde van 2018 en gefabriceerd in 7nm bij TSMC. Integreert een Prime Core gebaseerd op een gemodificeerde ARM Cortex-A76-architectuur geklokt aan max. 2.84 GHz. Drie andere performante cores zijn eveneens gebaseerd op de A76, maar klokken slechts tot 2.42 GHz. Daarnaast zijn er nog vier energiezuinige cores geïntegreerd die gebaseerd zijn op de ARM Cortex-A55-architectuur en die klokken tot 1.8 GHz. Naast de processor-cores integreert de SoC een X24 LTE-modem (Wi-Fi 6, 60 GHz mmWave), een Hexagon 690 DSP met nieuwe Tenson-cores voor AI-processing, een Spectra 380 ISP met een geïntegreerde computer vision-engine en een geïntegreerde LPDDR4x geheugencontroller.
