 Tangula T700

De Unisoc Tiger T700 (voorheen Spreadtrum) is een instapmodel octa core SoC met twee snelle ARM Cortex A75-kernen op maximaal 1,8 GHz en zes energiezuinige ARM Cortex A55-kernen op maximaal 1,8 GHz. De SoC bevat verder een LTE-modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), een ARM Mali G52MP2 GPU en een tri core ISP. Verder ondersteunt de T700 90 Hz beeldschermen.

De chip wordt vervaardigd bij TSMC in 12nm FinFET.
