UNISOC T7225

De Unisoc Tiger T612 (voorheen Spreadtrum) is een instapmodel octa core SoC met twee snelle ARM Cortex A75-kernen op maximaal 1,8 GHz en zes energiezuinige ARM Cortex A55-kernen op maximaal 1,8 GHz. De SoC bevat verder een LTE-modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), een LPDDR3-933 / LPDDR4/4X-1600 geheugencontroller, een ARM Mali G52MP1 GPU op 614 MHz en een tri core ISP (24, 8 en 8 MPixels max). Vergeleken met de oudere Unisoc T610 biedt de T612 één GPU core minder (G52 MC1 versus MC2).

 

De chip wordt vervaardigd bij TSMC in 12nm FinFET.
