Mediatek Dimensity 900

De Mediatek Dimensity 900 is een snelle mid-range SoC met een geïntegreerde 5G-modem. De chip bevat twee snelle ARM Cortex-A78-kernen op maximaal 2,4 GHz en zes energiezuinige Cortex-A55-kernen op maximaal 2 GHz (Octa-Core met Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Verder integreert de chip een 4 core ARM Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, een Wi-fi 6 modem, een LPDDR4x geheugencontroller, een AI processing unit en video de- en encoding.

De Dimensity 800U is vervaardigd in het moderne 6nm-proces en zou zeer energiezuinig moeten zijn.
