Mediatek Dimensity 7300

De MediaTek Dimensity 7300 is een ARM-gebaseerde middenklasse SoC voor (meestal op Android gebaseerde) smartphones. De geïntegreerde CPU is verdeeld in twee clusters met vier grotere ARM Cortex-A78 kernen met een kloksnelheid tot 2,5 GHz en een efficiëntiecluster met vier ARM Cortex-A55 kernen met een kloksnelheid tot 2 GHz.

Naast de geïntegreerde ARM Mali-G615 MC2 iGPU biedt de 7300 ook een MediaTek APU 655 voor AI-taken. Verder is er een 5G multi-mode modem geïnstalleerd (2G - 5G) met een downloadsnelheid tot 3,27 Gbps. Naast Wi-Fi 6E wordt ook Bluetooth 5.4 ondersteund.

De chip is vervaardigd met behulp van het moderne 4nm-proces en verbruikt naar verluidt 25% minder stroom vergeleken met de oudere Dimensity 7050.
