MediaTek Dimensity 6020
De Mediatek Dimensity 6020 is een SoC voor het lagere middensegment met een geïntegreerde 5G-modem. Hij bevat twee snelle ARM Cortex-A76 kernen op maximaal 2,2 GHz en zes energiezuinige Cortex-A55 kernen op maximaal 2 GHz (Octa-Core met Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). De specificaties zijn vergelijkbaar met de oude Dimensity 700 SoC.
Verder bevat de chip een 2 core ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, een Wi-fi 5 modem, een LPDDR4x-2133 geheugencontroller, een AI processing unit (APU 3.0) en video de- en codering.
De Dimensity 6020 wordt net als de Dimensity 700 in het oudere 7nm-proces gefabriceerd.
