The Dell Latitude 9450 2-in-1 is a perfectly serviceable business convertible that falls competitively short on performance. Compared with several other laptops with similar specs, the Dell falls behind. It's not unbearably slow, and it's arguably overpowered for undemanding tasks like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. But if you need a 14-inch machine for video editing or 3D rendering, this isn't it. On the positive side, the Latitude is a sleek laptop with lengthy battery life. Nor does it compromise on the keyboard, touchpad, webcam, or speakers. Its wireless connectivity is excellent, though you can't connect an HDMI monitor or USB-A peripheral without a dongle.

As solid as the Dell Latitude 9450 2-in-1 is as a laptop, it is not meant for regular people looking to buy one. This is purely for working professionals and the C-suite, people who are in line for a corner office. Maybe that is why, it is priced the way it is — I honestly cannot recommend regular folks to buy this laptop for their personal use, especially considering the fact that you don’t get an OLED panel and a high refresh rate option at this price point. However, if you are looking to equip the top management of your office with a no-nonsense workhorse that will keep on delivering, and if you’re looking for a no-hassle experience and need the technical support that Dell provides for its corporate workstations, then this is it.

However, the picture is not all rosy, as it has its flaws, notably its limited upgradability. Infinix is also running a launch offer to sweeten the deal.

Intel Graphics 4-Core: Geïntegreerde grafische kaart gebaseerd op de Xe LPG-architectuur (vergelijkbaar met de speciale Arc GPU's, maar met de nadruk op efficiëntie). Biedt 4 Xe-kernen (64 Xe vector-engines) en 4 ray-tracing-eenheden.

Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.

Ultra 7 165U: Een chip uit de hogere middenklasse van de Meteor Lake-familie die in december 2023 zijn debuut maakte. Deze Core Ultra-processor van de 1e generatie vervangt de Core-processors van de 13e generatie; hij beschikt over 12 kernen (2 + 8 + 2) en 14 threads. De Performance cores, waarvan er 2 zijn, draaien op maximaal 4,9 GHz, terwijl de Efficient cores, waarvan er 10 zijn (8 hoofdkernen plus 2 extra in het Low Power Island) op maximaal 3,8 GHz draaien. De 4-core Intel Arc Graphics, die net uit de oven komt, dient als geïntegreerde grafische adapter - deze draait op maximaal 2,0 GHz - en er is ook een groot aantal andere gloednieuwe technologieën beschikbaar, waaronder de geïntegreerde AI Boost NPU met twee Gen 3 engines voor hardware AI-werklastversnelling. Het basisverbruik van deze laptopprocessor is 15 W, met 57 W als het door Intel aanbevolen maximale Turbo-verbruik.

Grote schermformaten laten hogere resoluties toe. Details zoals letters zijn groter. Anderzijds is het energieverbruik lager bij kleine schermdiagonalen en de toestellen zijn kleiner, lichter en goedkoper.
