If I bought this laptop for myself, I don’t think I’ll be disappointed. The price of Rs 84,000 is also not that bad. I can strongly recommend the Acer Aspire S 13, particularly in the $1399 i5 version, for those who who want a light, thin and practical computer at a reasonable price. And except for those fingerprints, it’s a quite handsome looker as well.

Acer: In 1976 werd het bedrijf in Taiwan opgericht onder de naam Multitech en in 1987 omgedoopt tot Acer of Acer Group. Het productassortiment omvat bijvoorbeeld laptops, tablets, smartphones, desktops, monitoren, tv's en computerrandapparatuur. Sinds 2007 is de groep gefuseerd met Gateway Inc. en Packard Bell, die ook hun eigen productlijnen voor laptops op de markt brengen.
Acer computers zijn ontworpen voor verschillende doeleinden, waaronder ultrabooks voor mobiel gebruik, gaming laptops voor gamers, betaalbare opties voor alledaagse taken en 2-in-1 converteerbare laptops voor veelzijdigheid. Het productportfolio van Acer omvat ook tablets die draagbare computer- en multimediamogelijkheden bieden.
Deze grafische kaarten zouden alle huidige spellen moeten kunnen draaien, maar de meeste spellen zullen alleen met gemiddelde of lage detail instellingen en lage resoluties goed werken. Oudere of minder veeleisende spellen kunnen nog wel met goede grafische instellingen gespeeld worden.
