AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX
De AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX is een snelle high-end laptopprocessor uit de Dragon Range serie. Hij biedt 16 cores op basis van de Zen 4-architectuur die hyperthreading (32 threads) ondersteunt. De cores klokken van 2,5 (basis) tot 5,4 GHz (single core boost). De 7945HX is de snelste mobiele Ryzen CPU bij de introductie en is afgeleid van de desktop Ryzen 9 7950X .
De Dragon Range serie maakt nog steeds gebruik van een chiplet-ontwerp met twee CCD-clusters (elk met 8 mogelijke cores) in 5nm en een IO-die (inclusief de geheugencontroller en de Radeon 610M iGPU ) in 6nm. De chip bevat 4x USB 3.2 Gen2 (10 Gbps) poorten (geen USB4), 28 PCIe 5.0 lanes (voor GPU en SSD's) en een dual-channel DDR5-5200 geheugencontroller.
Prestaties
De Ryzen 9 7945HX behoort tot de snelste processors in onze database, vanaf augustus 2023. Hij zit in dezelfde klasse als de Ryzen 9 7945HX3D en ligt duidelijk voor op de Core i9-13980HX wat betreft multi-thread benchmarkscores. Hij is schandalig, ongelooflijk snel, en degenen die het geluk hebben om een laptop met deze CPU te kopen, zullen minstens drie jaar lang geen prestatieproblemen hebben.
Dankzij de krachtige koeloplossing en een CPU-vermogenslimiet van 128 W op de lange termijn, is de ROG Strix Scar 17 G733PY-XS96 een van de snelste laptops rond de 7945HX die we kennen.
De R9 7945HX heeft een TDP van 55 Watt en kan geconfigureerd worden tot 75 Watt (cTDP).
